New Character: Hoo boy a Villain

OK I recently went back into my previous notes of Tales beyond the Looking Glass and Stumbled upon the part with the Headless Horseman Yes he Is Cannon for this series and will show up. Anyway I have decided to try and completely redesign him from my earlier 2007 drawings. Unfortunately hes starting to look like Ghost Rider with a Pumpkin head This is Rather Annoying Ill post a work in progress Let me know what you guys think.
